Does Northland Credit Corporation finance trailers?
Yes, we finance a variety of equipment. Northland Credit Corporation specializes in financing over the road trucks, trailers, and more.
Do you provide working capital for my tax, title and registration?
No, this is considered a business expense that is paid directly by your business to your local county and state Motor Vehicle Service Department or IRP Office.
What address do I send my documents back to?
Please send the originally signed documentation to 5400 Opportunity Court, Suite 150, Minnetonka, MN, 55343.
Is the equipment I finance in my company name?
Yes, commercial transactions will be in your company name and your company will be listed as owner.
How can I change my payment date?
Please call our office at (952) 979-1580 to speak with our Customer Service Department about changing a payment date.
I’d like to use a new bank account for my payments. How do I do that?
Please call (952) 979-1580 and speak to a Customer Service Representative to obtain a new ACH form.
How do I obtain a payoff quotation?
Please fax a request for a payoff quote to (952) 979-1590. Please include the name of your business, account number and a fax number or email address in which you would like the quote sent.
Can I pay-off early and is there a pre-payment penalty?
If you would like to pay your equipment off early, please request a payoff quote. There is not a prepayment penalty as long as payments are current.
I have made my last payment; how long will it be until I receive my title?
Once your payments have been paid in full, Northland Credit Corporation will provide you with the title to the equipment within 30 days of the last payment. For expedited requests, please contact our Customer Service Department at (952) 979-1580.
How do I obtain a credit reference?
Please fax a request and signed authorization for a credit reference to (952) 979-1590. Please include the name of your business, account number and a fax number or email address in which you would like the reference sent.
I changed my business name; what do I do?
Please call (952) 979-1580 and speak to a sale representative about properly documenting the name change.
My equipment broke; can you help me?
Yes, Northland Credit Corporation is happy to discuss your options for financing equipment repairs. Please contact your sales representative at (952) 979-1580.
I need more equipment; can Northland Credit Corporation help me?
